Cabin Baleen is on the frontlines of the best and most exciting fishing experiences in Alaska. The cabin is tucked in next to Clover Pass where professional charter captains are at the ready to provide you guided fishing tours, or if you are ready set out on your own, there are plenty of fully outfitted rental boats at your disposal.

The boats are equipped with downriggers and salmon rods as well as stout bottom fishing poles to jig up halibut and other bottom fish including ling cod, red snapper, and several species of rock fish. All of which are delicious when properly prepared.

Cabin Baleen is fully equipped to ensure your stay is quiet and as comfortable as possible. At your disposal is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, electric stove and oven to expertly prepare your catch of the day.  If you prefer to grill your catch, there is a BBQ grill ready for you and a fish smoker to put a traditional spin on your catch.

The cabin has the capacity to sleep up to six adults in comfort. Each of the two bedrooms has two extra long twin size beds and the living area has a very comfortable futon and a full size air mattress.

Other amenities include Wifi and a laptop computer, an internet ready TV with Netflix, a chest freezer to keep your fish fresh, and a full size washer and dryer.

If you are traveling with children, they will enjoy a nearby and modern playground as well as trails that wind through the rainforest to an expansive beach with rustic places for warm campfires and oceans views that just won’t quit.
